Class overview

Fun, challenge and wellbeing

Our 50 minute sessions run throughout the week – Monday to Saturday, even the occasional longer Self-care Sunday sessions. You pay for one pack or subscription and come to any of our sessions. We offer something to suit your needs and a range of times to suit your schedule.

A little cautious or on the mend?

Beginners & Trials

Aimed at those at the beginning of their pilates movement journey OR for those who would for any reason like to move at a slower pace.

Do you want a bit more challenge?

Mid-level

This session takes our layered teaching up a notch or two. You can still choose to stay where you are happiest but we will encourage you to climb higher.

Expect to work hard!

High-level

This session will consist of high-challenge movements on the reformer that will make you feel really great. We will generally let you know when you are ready to join but feel free to try – just expect to work hard.

All levels

Empowering movement for everyone, at any level. Gradual layers of challenge are used to build toward more challenging expression of movements. You choose the level of challenge that works for your body that day.

Want to have some fun?

Pump & Jump

Reformer-based strength training (pump!) combined with easy jumpboard fun (jump!) in one fabulous session. It’s roughly 50/50 of heavy-spring reformer and jumpboard springing. Pump & Jump sessions are available in 2 levels.

Looking for an energetic workout?

Dynamic sessions

A modern twist combining core Pilates principles with fluid, dynamic movements. We often also use a variety of props like dumbbells, resistance bands, circles etc to add challenge. A great option if you’re looking for a more energetic workout. Dynamic sessions are available in 2 levels.

What else we offer

Private training sessions

As well as group sessions, we also offer private training sessions which can be done individually or as a duet. These can also be a really great place to start before you move in to a group class but availability is limited.

Your own group

Part of a team? If you would like to set up your own group with 8 others, that is also possible. These can be offered at times when other classes are not happening, depending on teacher availability.

Self-practice

Confident and want to self-practice? Our reformers are available for rent so you can put in some extra training time. Get in touch if that is something that interests you and we can assess whether it will work

Alternative group activity

Caroline made me feel instantly at ease with her down to earth approach and great sense of humour. Workouts are fun and she always tries to push you. Everyone is welcome and Caroline makes you feel like a superhero by the time you finish your work out. The newly renovated studio, in Sittard, is beautiful.
