We’re a really friendly team and we are keen to know your story. To help you prepare, make a few notes of what it is that has brought you to us, any past events that may have contributed to what is bothering you and have a think about how much time you will have to attend classes.
We recommend a bare minimum of 6 weeks of sessions, with at least 2 sessions per week, but we can find ways together to make it work for you.
